Build Your 30-Day Hiring Plan
The session ends with a plan, not a memory. Hire one assistant a week, read-only first — and in a month you have a small, supervised team, not a pile of half-finished experiments.
The staged sequence
Each week advances the trust dial — and only if the previous hire has earned it.
Read-only
A scheduled brief or triage-with-drafts, reviewed daily. You hit send.
Connector + Skill
QuickBooks read-only insight; finish one Skill that runs your way.
Cowork job
A real multi-step job on a sandbox folder — steer, permit, review.
Supervised acting
Only if ready — one acting task, human lodges. Registered agent for tax.
What you've built so far
Your take-home toolkit, pulled from the work you did across the course.
Schedule your hires
Your roles from the Org Chart (Lesson 1.3). Assign each to a week — read-only roles belong early.
Plan thresholds
Start on Pro; move to Max only when you hit limits repeatedly; choose Team / Enterprise when 5+ people need it or you need admin / SSO / governance.
Build vs buy
Push high-volume, unattended work to Zapier / Make / n8n; keep judgement work in Claude. If handling significant personal/financial data, prefer in-region deployment.
The line that never moves: never cross from "prepare / check" to "lodge / pay / send" without a human — and, for tax, BAS or super, a registered agent. The plan is the product: open this file on Monday and hire your first assistant. Educational only.
